SEARCH is an online community where people can connect, engage in meaningful conversations, and build relationships. As the community grows, local chapters may naturally emerge, allowing members to organize in-person gatherings in their own cities.
Meetings will be held on a regular schedule determined by each group. As participation increases, additional meetings can be offered to accommodate more members while maintaining a comfortable group size that encourages open discussion and genuine connection.
Everyone is welcome to participate. Because SEARCH is designed to foster authentic personal connections, it is especially intended for individuals who are not currently in a committed relationship. Those who are in committed relationships are welcome to participate as a couple if they choose.

As we begin these conversations, we invite one another to share our experiences, perspectives, and hopes with honesty, openness, and respect. To help create a space where everyone feels heard and valued, we agree to the following ground rules:
- One person speaks at a time. Everyone is asked to listen actively and with an open heart while others are sharing.
- Keep your remarks brief. Please limit your sharing to two minutes so that everyone has an opportunity to participate.
- Treat one another with kindness and respect. We honor the dignity and worth of every person in our community, even when we have different perspectives.
- Respect confidentiality. Personal stories and comments shared during our conversation should remain within the group.
